This blog’s a direct result of a major career change – my third since 1982.

The previous two were in the functional role of “employee”.
This one’s labeled: “business owner”.

Over the years I’ve seen at first hand the effects of planned and unplanned career changes.

Those experiences led to learning more about goal setting in particular, and coaching and mentoring in general.

And resulted in choosing to set sail from the corporate world in May 2007.
