Thanks for the mention.  The Knife Fight scene is hilarious (and not just in a pubescent sort of way).  It translates well to leadership theories (that’s my story and I am sticking to it).  Speaking of pubescent, I can relate to your observations about Katharine Ross as I was about the same age in the U.S. at the time of the movie&#039;s release.</description>
