Old Habits Die Hard

But sometimes they can be useful.
For example, many years ago my early winter athletics training schedule looked something like this:
Monday: Weight Training.
Tuesday: Hill Sprints.
Wednesday: Weights and Circuit Training.
Thursday: Hurdles (Skill work)
Friday: Rest.
Saturday: Cross Country Running (Fartlek)
