Self-esteem is at the core of so many issues and in the way of true change. Without healthy self-esteem real change is tough to work on. Great place to start coaching. And she impressed me forever by her sense of adventure. Staying in a capsule hotel is something many of us Tokyo women want to experience but we don't have the guts to actually do it. [Jacinta, Aha!
