I am feeling a just little bit more vindicated today. See, I have been using my Blackberry to simulate some of the concepts in your post. I have a "gong" that goes of every hour to remind me of something. Currently, I have been using it to remind me how truly lucky I am in my life, and how many blessings have come my way.

When the gong goes off, I try to take 10 to 15 seconds to experience (and when appropriate, express) gratitude for everything I have received. Some people think I am a little nuts, but it really has improved my attitude and made me a more grateful person.

[Michael - Good one! Can the Crackberry issue random gongs? I'm happy enough with a Motivaider on my waist band and set at 15 mins. One thing I've noticed is where did all the time go between buzzes! Honestly, I could have sworn it was only 2 mins since the last one. Time dilation?

A few people think I'm nuts too after telling them what I'm doing. Now I just call it my personal tazer ;-) Which, in a benevolent manner, it is.

What a cool little device. I think I need one. I am crap at finishing off.

I have a list as long as my arm of incomplete projects.

The creative side of me takes over and I move on too easily (my IGS?)

This is enlightening Mark and you've kicked me in the teeth, metaphorically of course. (And you didn't know you were doing it.) Love it!
