Even without coaching I got a lot of feedback from doing the online Career Anchors assessment.
Best $40 I spent in a while (the first time my former company paid, I guess, because it was included in a personal development seminar they offered for employees).

I&#039;ll announce on this blog any future developments with potentially offering career anchor assessment / coaching.
